Incorrect Address:
LuxcoleCollection LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please be sure to double check your address before placing your order. 


Shipping Assistance:
Please let us know if you need any shipping assistance. Please keep in mind shipping is a little longer than usual due to shipping via Japan Post. Once packages reach the U.S, USPS will be your point of contact. Please call their Customer Support line 1-800-275-8777 and have your tracking number ready or check on their website and enter the tracking number for your order.  Please keep in mind processing time takes up to 10-14 business days. After processing time, shipping time takes up to 5-7 business days. Please place your orders in advance!
